Creating homemade pasta is simple using this traditionally designed heavy duty pasta maker. Using the dial on the side of the machine, select from nine different thicknesses, give the rollers a light flouring and the pasta will pass through the machine smoothly with a few turns of the handle. Perfect for sheets of lasagne, tagliatelle, fettuccini etc and can also be used for making Japanese ramen noodles.
