Returns Procedure
Unsuitable or defective items can be returned for exchange to R Barbour & Sons Ltd (the supplier) providing they are received within 28 days of the original delivery date in a new, unused condition, complete with all tags (we understand that you will have to try on goods, where applicable, for size and fit) and accompanied by a completed returns form. We include a returns form in every order we send out. Where a change of mind or decision is made the consumer must pay for the cost of returning goods to R Barbour & Sons Ltd. If the goods are proven to be faulty then R Barbour & Sons Ltd will refund your postage costs.
The return of mail order goods can be made to any of our stores or by mailing them to the address below. We recommend that returned items are sent using an insured delivery service for your own protection. If goods fail to return to store it is your responsibility to locate the item via the courier or delivery service used to return this. No refund will be made until the returned goods have arrived into store.
The address for any returns is – R Barbour & Sons ltd, 24-36 Buccleuch Street, Dumfries, DG1 2AL, United Kingdom. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply to all items returned for exchange.
*** Please note we are not Barbour.com and will not accept return of Barbour garments not purchased from this website. Anything returned to us in error will required to be collected by the sender ***
